I have designed and delivered talent management processes such as selection / interviewing processes, leadership development workshops, talent assessment instruments, performance management & career development IT systems, and conducted employee opinion research that leads to change initiatives, such as creating one of the first flexible work schedule programs.
What can I uniquely bring to your organization? Throughout my career I have listened to literally thousands of leaders through workshop discussions and opinion surveys. I know first hand what leaders like about HR processes and what frustrates them. These conversations have provided me with an internal database that informs my choices of effective and motivating Talent Management principles, strategies and processes.
